This is shaping up to be a great year for Keller Williams Realty, both nationally and locally.
Keller Williams second largest firm in U.S.The organization lately announced it's the second-largest actual estate franchise inside the United States, according to Real Trends, which analyzes the actual estate industry. Coldwell Banker is the nation's largest real estate business by agent count.
Additionally, the company had 119 of the top 500 brokerages ranked by closed transactions and 138 offices in the list for those ranked by closed volume.The nearby Keller Williams franchise was listed as No. 252 inside the closed transactions rankings. Keller Williams was the only Clarksville real estate franchise on the list.
"These rankings serve as proof to the entire industry that we're not just growing in agent count, the productivity of our already successful associates and offices is rising higher too," said Mark Willis, CEO of Keller Williams Realty Inc., in a released statement.The Real Trends rankings had been based on 2010 numbers. Keller Williams at the end of 2010 had 77,672 U.S.-based associates. When which includes Canadian figures, Keller Williams at the end of 2010 had 79,315 associates and 701 offices.
